About the Author
Frank M. Werner is Associate Professor of Finance at the Schools of Business Administration and Associate Dean of The Graduate School of Business Administration of Fordham University. He received his Ph.D. and M.Phil. from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard. Dr. Werner has authored journal articles, a computer-based simulation of corporate finance decision making, and numerous monographs and cases for instructional use.
James A.F. Stoner is Professor of Management Systems at the Schools of Business Administration of Fordham University. He received his Ph.D. and S.M. from MIT School of Industrial Management. Dr. Stoner has authored numerous books and journal articles. He advises several major companies and teaches executive seminars on quality management

If they fixed that it would be fine I guess

It's a textbook. No way around that, but my biggest irritation with this book, is that it only showed you how to calculate something using a graphing calculator, which basically forces you to buy one. If they fixed that it would be fine I guess.

Best book in the world

I personally look back at the book for referance as how to calculate figures for projects that are coming up at work. I thought that the book had more valuable information in it, that was needed in the everyday of finance. It is worth more keeping the book than selling it. If you asked me what the "Net Present Value" was on this book. I estimated $1201.75 after I expensed the book from my cost of making a decision on whether to, or not to engaging in a project using the "Cost of Capital" method in chapter 10. And, because of it I made more money for myself.
